      Pros

      They pay very well. They have to because they try to attract ex Oracle and ex SAP employees.

      Cons

      Bought so many companies and are struggling to get the software to work together. Very disjointed. Managers have been there from BAAN, GEAC or some offshoot for 25 years. Those old dogs aren't willing to learn anything new. Outdated, bloated management teams. Cross sell group on top of cross sell group. Who owns the account?
