      Pros

      - Co-workers whom you would hate parting ways with. - Flexible with work-from-home. Good work/life. - Tons of products across the enterprise. - Truly a global company.

      Cons

      - The bonuses used to be awesome, now they're not awesome. - They're working on unifying the products, but long way to go. - Being stale. Not much in the way of promotions, at least in the same business unit. (Perhaps job switching between business units is a good idea?) - Internal processes (implementation, documentation....) should be bulletproofed and institutionalized.

      Pros

      Opportunity to make good money in sales departments.

      Cons

      Hard to move around to new positions. Very unorganized. Not a great incentive and bonus structure unless in sales.
