      Pros

      The company is embracing cloud technology and is partnering with AWS for all IaaS services. Great potential to create a comprehensive suite of business applications.

      Cons

      Major lack of direction between the top brass and teams 'on the ground'. There are several layers of VPs and Directors that don't understand the software they've acquired. There is no cohesive plan for the wide mix of products to work together; solutions are sold before they are fully baked.
