      Pros

      Very efficient in acquiring companies and has a solid, if evolving product and corporate vision.

      Cons

      Need to understand the politics and it matters what area you are in. Although the are endless webex sessions the communications are limited and very top down. Messages are mixed regarding employees. Supposedly employes are very important bit compensation and beniifits don't reflect it.

      Good pay, global teams to interact with, smart people from various acquires companies, creative solutions to integrate various apps.

      Cons

      Priorities shift all the time with changes in leadership. Teams are focussed on fixing bugs to keep license revenue coming in. Not enough support from teams for new initiatives.
