      Generous paid time off and holiday policies. Pretty good benefits. Variety of resources devoted to remote working possibilities. Potentially going public soon.

      Cons

      Changing company identity - many, many acquisitions. A lot of turnover on the sales side so questions about stability and long-term outlook.
