Pros

Sizeable organization where you can explore opportunities in many different verticals and numerous technolgies. The Infor people you work with on a day to day basis are great.

Cons

High stress environment, restrictive financial management policies, bonus comp plans are unattainable. Org is so flat that you are expected to do everything your self.Size of the company makes it difficult to determine who to call for what. Forget searching the employee website- useless.

Pros

They have a very good time-off policy. Work-life balance is fine, and many of the people are great to work with.

Cons

It seems there are serious lacks in business processes which should be standard across the organization. For example, recruiting/hiring is a VERY long process. Performance appraisals is a VERY long process. Merit awarding might happen, you won't know until it shows up on your check. It seems that mid and lower level managers have little if any influence, or the managers are simply not trained in managing people.
