Pros

The benefits were decent. I would rate them as hovering around industry standard. The main office headquarters were nice.

Cons

Not much diversity. When the Koch brothers took over, there was a push to go public which led to the layoffs of entire departments. We were let go over Skype with zero warning.

Great culture - Infor applies PBM approach from Koch, which is great for personal growth and for company progression. Wonderful colleagues.

Cons

It may be challenging for some people to work in corporate and fast-changing environment.
