      1. Work from home facility 2. Not a stickler with entry timing 3. Employees are empowered to work 4. Relaxed management type 5. Trust between managers and employees 6. Quality work is expected from employees and the freedom is given 7. Good work-life balance

      As such, there is no cons. But the following suggestions are made to make the company a better place. 1. There should be continuous evaluation of work and not annual appraisal 2. Remove the role of managers from appraisals - let it be based on the continuous feedback.
