      Pros

      Company with a clear vision Very good work-life balance Many talented people work here Possibility to work from home Opportunity to try different positions and technologies within the company, managers supports you on the career path of your choice.

      Cons

      Sometimes everything seems very chaotic, it is mostly caused by rapid growth but also high turnover is a big problem. Some managers have poor leadership skills (rest of them is awesome though) In comparison with other IT companies our offices are very dull.
