      Pros

      There is definitely a best-in-class mentality with leadership and a positive working culture. Everyone is respectful and is polite and courteous with internal teams. The company has fantastic financial backing with the Koch acquisition.

      Cons

      Siloed. The products and divisions (services, support, customer success, sales, etc.) are very siloed so it is hard to have consistent processes across the company, across products, and/or track outcomes. Hard to know who the appropriate contacts are for any particular task.
