      Non-sense re-org in 2021

      Nice and talented nice people and teams

      Cons

      Koch is the main shareholder and has taken over multiple processes within the company and did a massive re-org creating lots of disruption in 2021 Many people were let go and they don't think twice to let more people go. Then hire some others that have no clue on the business, like CMO which comes from a B2C background not knowing anything about sales cycle

      Just love the people. Such smart folks who are truly passionate about what they do, and quality of their work. Everyone is willing to jump in and help

      Cons

      Executive leadership is constantly rearranging the deckchairs but need to better understand the actual mode of transportation. The focus for so long has been purely on pushing Sales, and made delivery and adoption an afterthought. There is a new vision recognizing the need to change - it will just be a painful process.
