Pros

Work force is made up of some nice, down to earth people. Seriously, that's it.

Cons

Managers are either idiots or untrained idiots. In 4 years of employment I've had one pay rise (3%) and zero bonuses. At quarter end they expect you to work very long, anti-social hours (stay in the office until 5am) and give you the bare minimum of time back in lieu. Also expectations to work long hours in the run up to quarter end which include weekends and bank holidays. No progression at all. Pay reviews never happen and when we enquire we're told there's either a) a pay freeze, b) no money or c) whatever they can think of to fob you off. No recognition for hard work but come down on you like a ton of bricks if you make a mistake. "If you don't like it you know where the door is" attitude. Virtually zero training. You're basically left to your own devices upon starting. Major decisions all come from the US upper management team who have little to no idea about the day to day running of the company. Did I mention the idiotic managers?

Pros

Occasional Travel Company Structure is always changing, which allows you to adapt new skill to better your career. PTO Flexibility (option to work from home)

Cons

There’s a laundry list of cons, but I will only dedicate a little of my time for this. Management changes frequently so you constantly have to prove yourself. - What have you done lately motto - Great things done in the past are irrelevant No recognition for a job well done. Marketing generates leads for sales, but reaps zero benefits. Fairness of compensation is determined among favoritism. This company will work you to the bone, and you will get nothing but a headache and criticism at the end of the day No personal aspect what so ever - You’re just a robot, not a person. Do your work and only speak when spoken to.

Pros

Benefits - health/dental and paid time off

Cons

Senior leadership allows under performing employees to thrive and even promotes them. Very negative attitudes and lack of cooperation is tolerated and even encouraged at leadership level. Strife between am agent at SLT level and trickles down to team members.
