      Flexibility of working hours, Good colleagues, large customer base(due to acquisition of multiple companies)

      Cons

      Not willing to invest in areas where customer satisfaction can be improved. Poor integration of products that have been acquired over the years. Slow to react to customer's needs.

      Pros

      Ample PTO telecommuting some dedicated employees This is a good first job and a you will work with some true professionals albeit none in supervisor or management roles.

      Cons

      Terrible Management Lack of raises uneducated supervisors A culture of mediocrity permeates this office and has infected the large percentage of employees that work here. Many educated and able peoples but with no recognition from management or roads for advancement, many employees have fallen into a habit of following the status quo. Wasted talent abounds.
