Pros

Some very smart people expecially in the field. Product dev and support is very good.

Cons

Not very employee or customer centric. Deal oriented and most people are considered replaceable parts or cogs in the wheel. Lots of chiefs and too few Indians......Those closest ot the customer and the transaction have the least authority. Pressure from the "ivory tower" makes people do irrational and unnatural things to get deals done in the quarter.

Pros

5 weeks of PTO Work from home 1 day per week Laid back work environment, never a crisis

Cons

Health Insurance: Terrible and yet still EXPENSIVE Cigna benefit levels, even the best "plan A" is poor Terrible lack of employee value: No opportunity for significant self-improvement leading to higher pay levels Direction is unstable, constantly rebranding to appeal to... New prospects? Employees are simply acquired, but never really considered more than purchased assets.

Pros

Consistent engagements keep us employed. Reasonably good software products that meet needs in their niches. Some products do very well, some don't.

Cons

Salary increases non-existent for several years; bonus structure 'tweaked' down in a big way; many logical enhancements to software are denied; travel benefits reduced - no airline clubs, mandated hotels, mandated travel agent that costs more than other means. No real encouragement for lateral or upward moves (no real 'program' in place as I've seen in other companies).
