Business Outlook
Pros
It's generally a pro-telecommuting company, which helps with work/life balance and also means you don't get stuck working with unqualified people who just happen to live near one of their offices. Benefits are fairly good.
Cons
Compensation and bonus plans are badly conceived and poorly executed. Not enough resources put into integration between products from acquired companies. No company-wide culture or identity, at least not yet-- it's a bunch of legacy companies working almost independently in some cases. It's hard to tell what the company's leaders and ownership (mainly a private equity firm) really have in mind for the long term.
