Pros

Not much. Work from home, but that's it.

Cons

This company just doesn't care for it's people. HR doesn't care. Management doesn't care. Old legacy products which look very clunky next to the competition. Worst place I have worked in over 20 years.

Flexibility, Work from Home, PTO, Possibilities for Career Change, generally friendly people.

Cons

Benefits are not terrible, but not industry leading (PTO is great though). Not great at growing people or hiring out of college. Tends to fill management positions with cronies (former Oracle folks).

The money was pretty good.

Cons

As an employee, I felt that leadership lacked integrity. Perhaps as an investor, I would think differently, as it is very apparent that this company is interested only in money, not in the health of the organization, or it's employees. You are expected to work all the time, and might as well give up your personal life to work here. Not worth it.
