Pros
The product strategy is going in the right direction ..... but they are silo by nature and don't assume that they are integrated.
Cons
It's all about the product .... pity that the services are years behind where they need to be. Project Managers (by whatever title they have) are constrained by to many rules, regulations and restrictive processes with little scope for making decisions and getting the support of management to back them up. PMs become little more than project administrators. Consultants are driven by utilisation leading to minimum support for getting properly thought through implementation solutions. Sales are focused on selling the software, not on selling the whole package.
