      Lot of opportunities for on-site visit

      Pros

      - You'll get lot of on-site visits ( for many countries ) - WFH is also available, remote work facility too - HR policies are more employee friendly ( will get 34 paid leaves + festivals ) - Company provided insurance which has included parents too - ahhhh, NO variable pay - Everything is take-home except PF, PT

      Cons

      It' MNC company so everything will be under process and log a ticket for any single hardware help, but it's I believe reasonable !!
