      Strong product portfolio and many hardworking nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Management deals with negativity not positivity. Company name not recognized feel everything done is unique yet prospects have same offering.

      Telecommute is the best part of job, you have life work balance, flexible.

      Cons

      No motivation from management, you rarely get to interact with anyone of them. Company and management do not know how to appreciate their employees.

      Great product. Great vision and direction from senior management. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Promoting good workers and assuming they'll be great managers. Following from previous, neglecting to provide management training or monitoring/reviewing new managers. Small pockets of individuals with old-school cut-throat and backstabbing mentality.
