Pros

50% of the people you work with are good, the other 50% will 'stab' you in the back. The pay check never bounced & it was on time

Cons

They do not believe in annual pay raises. Most of the managers have no clue about how to manage people nor how to encourage employees. If you do a very good job, they will not let you move around. I would not go back here ever.
