      HAD potential...

      Pros

      The vision of what they wanted to do was compelling and made sense in the market. Compensation was fair.

      Cons

      They only want to grow by acquisition rather than actually building to their vision. They are slow to hire resources to execute on any plans and upper management fails to communicate anything to the masses other than anecdotal information that distracts from the mission. They love to promote folks that don't provide any value to the actual building of software.

      Pros

      Some of the people you work with are great otherwise I wouldn't have anything to say flexible working hours

      Cons

      This firm has no culture. Mostly hype and terrible leadership in New York driven by a good shell game. Lot's of hype of Charles Phillips, who though formerly with Oracle offers Infor little in the way of inspiration, sales leadership and cloud direction. Products aren't integrated and Infor clients know it. Last months quarterly's show Infor's revenue decline and increase operating costs/debt. Constant shifting in management, people jumping ship.

      Not strict with time Work from home (if you have valid reasons) Good working environment (nice facilities) Friendly people Good salary and benefits package HMO on day 1 Good onboarding process (self-training with supervision of immediate supervisor) Probationary Goals setting (it will be explained to you what the company expects from you) Challenging enviromnent Work and life balance (many extra curricular activities)

      Cons

      A bit faster paced environment (but still can be one of the Pros because you will be forced to do the work everyday so you will not get bored)
