Pros

- Private Medical. - Dental. - Execs have Innovative ideas which are quite good. - Execs seem to understand where they are going wrong (but failing to act on it). - The final resting ground for someone who doesn't need to progress further in their role, so long they get paid a good amount that they are happy with. - Payment made on time - expected for a corporate company.

Cons

- Too many senior levels, lack of progression available - stuck in a chain. - No/lack of incentives given - just go to work and back to your personal life. - A lot of acquisitions where each department is confined within themselves - not much of 'us as Infor' feeling and more of 'just our team/department'. - Heavily silo'd. - No clear structure explaining career plans or feedback/performance reviews. - Yearly wage increase range from 2-5% (though it's very rare to get 4% +). - 'One rule does not apply to all' mentality. - Must negotiate for an initial high salary or end up stuck on a low salary and work donkey years just to reach the average wage. - Lack of young employees that are willing to stay as they are kept on a low package with no potential ways to grow, it's obvious they will all move somewhere else. - Ageing colleagues failing to adjust to new suggestions or resisting change. - Suitable for 'Yes' only people.

Pros

They pay on time, and hold no pay checks back.

Cons

I can honestly say this is the only company i've seen in 2018 that is still on Waterfall AND PROUD OF IT. A cancer ridden development cycle, almost no documentation (half of which is in german), SVN instead of Git, no branching, and worst of all almost NO communication. You take this environment, and mix it with a toxic old school "I'm right because I've been here the longest" attitude and you get a group that is either delusional and thinks this attitude is right, or people who just don't care anymore. That is the sad state we see the Ann Arbor office with, people have no idea what the group next to them does, or how the product works, or even HOW TO USE IT. They also pay bellow average and have terrible benefits.

Pros

I would very much like to find something positive but couldn’t find one.

Cons

The higher the rank, the more stupid. Not sure why the stupidest people are hired. It’s a zoo for managers rejected in the industry.
