My favorite thing about Infor is the work/life balance. They truly value their employee's health and well being. I have great leadership who has my best interests at heart and I know I can go to them with any feedback I have. There is room to grow and for me, so many women in leadership that I can look up to.

Cons

In my three years here, I can honestly say I don't have any "cons". Perhaps room to grow, but management is fully aware and actively pursuing business opportunities

People trying to do a good job.

Cons

CEO and C-suite is NOT trying to build a great company! They just their their own parochial needs. Especially when it comes to Charles Phillips who is petty, mercurial, and a micro-manager!

Great management . They are helpful and really do try to make the onboarding as easy as possible for the newcomers.

Extremely poor work/life balance depressing work atmosphere benefits are not really great a batch number feeling
