      An Excellent Company for Long-term Career

      Pros

      Infor is the third largest ERP product company in the world and is a disrupter in the ERP landscape. The pros of working for Infor India are aplenty: 1. Excellent and challenging work. Every day is new and it requires you to expand your knowledge. 2. Friendly and cooperative colleagues. Brainstorming is actively encouraged and people regularly do so to enhance their knowledge and to support customers. 3. Flexible work timing - unmatches in the industry. You can take work from home. 4. Generous pay / hike / benefit / vacation package. You get leaves on pro rata basis the day you join. Hike is almost the best in the industry. 5. Good HR policies. Infor provides 6-month maternity leave even before the Indian government made it mandatory. 6. Excellent managers - no one micromanages the work. You are free to approach them as and when required. 7. There has to be something in the company which makes people stay for 17/18/20 years. 8. You can continue your entire career in Infor.

      Pros

      DTO- if you are allowed to use it. Excellent benefits! Great pay. Remote work was amazing.

      Cons

      Management are overloaded and overwhelmed. Cannot keep up with projects and staff. Never planned strategies so it was a guessing game all the time. Took weeks for feedback on projects only to find out it was not the way it was discussed in previous meetings we were not privy to. Lots of negativity among the teams. Too many tools to deal with to get one job done.

      1. Good Company in terms of Work-Life Balance. 2. Diversified culture(As it has employees from all over India). 3. Good on-floor experience when a new employee enters into a team(Mentorship programs, Knowledge Transfer Programs) 4. Well Experienced employees(Average experience of the employee is 9.1 years). 5. Good Salaries. 6. On-site programs for Consultants. 7. Experiencing new technologies like Infor LN(one of the most used technology for developing ERP systems), Infor OS, Mingle 8. Global Projects (Boeing, Ferrari, GAP, etc...) 9. Work from Home facility when in emergencies.

      Cons

      1. Heavy work in some points of time. 2. No Cab services provided. (Of course, it won't have any Night shifts) 3. Probably no more cons.
