      Pros

      Good benefits, great people, still a corporation. Infor had a huge layoff at the beginning of Oct, and did not give people a chance to go to other departments that had open positions.

      Cons

      Negotiate your salary when you get there, only 2% raises after. Not a lot of job promotion or movement. Older technology.

      Some really good people to work with! Lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      No character imbedded in management. throw employees under the bus. Tell customers what they want to hear, and pass in down to lower level consultants - No training -Throw you to the wolves - Does not care about quality of service provided to customer - No back bones here

      I remember the 'good old days'

      Pros

      Great, intelligent, from the field people who want to make a difference. Many have stayed from EAI, IBM, OCS, GEAC... but things went downhill pretty fast when we became Infor.

      Cons

      Went from a fun family atmosphere into a big corporate metric. To be fair we were bought out, over and over, so clearly the old way wasn't working financially but - it would really be something to find a place where you love the people, work, AND the red tape is kept to a minimum. This isn't it. Too bad.
