Pros

Ever-changing atmosphere Always new opportunities to learn Pays well, generally Benefits are out-of-this world life changing health insurance, etc.

Cons

Volatile Always at risk of layoff They are changing so many processes right now so you will learn something one day and it will be different the next Not entirely sure who is in charge

Pros

Has pivoted to a remote-first work environment which many might appreciate. Overall working teams are full of hardworking and committed individuals who I know I can count on.

Cons

Work feels quite siloed and I sense that there's a lack of trust across teams. Quite a bit of finger pointing all around. In addition, I did not get the sense that many had strong faith in the leadership team and the direction they were driving the business. Morale is low across the board.
