      Pros

      Strong and experienced CEO fostering a culture of innovation and breakthrough products in Agriculture while bringing concepts from pharma and biotech. Career growth opportunities are ample as company is in expansion. Talented team at all levels make feasible to attain aggressive but realist goals. Team is cohesive and supportive making a good working atmosphere.

      Cons

      Facilities support for IT and operations have been limiting sometimes the basic functioning. Labs are adapted to do the work but are not ideal. Common problems inherent to startups during early growth phases such as need to stretch out expertise and resources.

      The usual chaos associate with a fast growing start-up (it's hard to find enough space, so the company is in two different buildings, there's more to do that there are people to do it, etc.)
