Pros

Best part of this job was the salary

Cons

No idea where they are going. They don’t hire anyone that can bring value to their company on the agricultural side.

Pros

Sustainable agriculture and mitigating climate change? The mission can't get better. Inclusive and diverse. Strong mission-driven culture and core values. Very competive compensation base, bonus, stock + benefits package. Colleagues and leadership truly listen, connect and consider your opinion and partner together to help solve problems. Agile across functions. The future here promises growth and stablity.

Cons

Unfortunately Indigo has gotten bad reviews on glassdoor mainly due to the business strategy, and refining the overall direction of the company, which caused a change in senior leadership and a lay off which then spawned a ripple effect of attrition.
