      Pros

      Employees are well-compensated. Work hours are flexible. The people you work with day-to-day are wonderful. Exposure to an essential sector of the economy that many people in tech are completely unfamiliar with.

      Cons

      Company has dealt with an identity crisis that it still hasn't solved. This has led to tragic mismanagement of time, energy and resources, especially wasted potential.
