      Well meaning team but lack of direction and leadership

      Pros

      Has pivoted to a remote-first work environment which many might appreciate. Overall working teams are full of hardworking and committed individuals who I know I can count on.

      Cons

      Work feels quite siloed and I sense that there's a lack of trust across teams. Quite a bit of finger pointing all around. In addition, I did not get the sense that many had strong faith in the leadership team and the direction they were driving the business. Morale is low across the board.

      Pros

      Astute and diverse Workforce and a Pure Mission. Opportunity to obtain a wealth of experience in short period of time in a non-restricted environment with open access to work within and across all sectors within the company.

      Cons

      Poor fulfillment and focus from Leadership. Too proactive and unharnessed in product development to a fault, often times rendering internal and external confusion. Absent accountability in addressing or remedying reoccurring issues within fulfillment and customer support. Extremely dedicated to new product and offer development but typically shallow in SOP's resulting in subpar execution, fulfillment, and service provided.
