You cannot be the mission or the transparency and flexibility. Indigo offers an inclusive and diverse work culture. With premium benefits and career growth. Looking forward to continuing another year here.

Cons

We're growing quickly and there can be lots of shifting and unknowns. If you're okay with navigating where there is limited direction, and lots of autonomy, then great, but if not, you might want to avoid making the move to Indigo.
