Pros

Having worked at a few companies in the Boston area Indigo stands out as the place where I can make the greatest impact on my team and for the org. The work is really rewarding and the mission of the company is undeniably motivating. A lot of opportunity for growth and mobility internally on most teams. Leadership is transparent and very open to discussion and questions. Company is putting in a lot of effort to building a more diverse team and connect with the community.

Cons

As the company is growing there can be a lot of shifts and reprioritizing in your day to day, typical of a lot of start ups, but not for those who thrive in routine. Benefits are good on the healthcare level, but have room for improvement otherwise.
