Pros

Great people, very engaged work force. Awesome food! Nice office. Indigo has the potential to do really interesting things for the planet.

Cons

There are no phones in the offices and the company doesn't pay for your phone. Huh? Is this for real? I still can't believe it. The other really awful thing about Indigo is that there's no match on the 401(k) contribution. Apparently the CEO's philosophy is that the company shouldn't match the 401(k) contribution until it's making money. That's all well and good if you're the CEO, who I'm sure is all set for retirement but what about those of us who actually do need to save for retirement?

Pros

Innovative, fast paced, highly ambitious group of people with a culture strongly focused on environmental sustainability and consumer health - strong culture and core values

Cons

High growth means significant work and requires the ability to continually prioritize and refocus as needed. This is not always a con but is an important reality to understand before coming to work here.
