      Pros

      You should consider joining our company for the following reasons: 1) an inspiring mission, 2) the potential to become a tremendously valuable company, 3) an accomplished and thoughtful executive team, and 4) be well-compensated for your hard work. The CEO is brilliant.

      Cons

      It's not a con, but an awareness - the work is focused but the pace is extremely fast.

      Pros

      I started off at Indigo in an entry level position and was given lots of opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects. This was really exciting for me because every day was different and I was always learning something new. The support I received from management has really helped me to develop a career path here. I have moved positions in the company, and although I am still an individual contributor, I genuinely feel like my day to day efforts have an impact. I read a review here from someone at Indigo who is also entry level and had a negative experience, but I have not had the same experience and could not relate.

      Cons

      There is a lot going on and the environment is very fast paced, which is invigorating and motivating for me and most of my colleagues, but may be stressful for others.

      Pros

      Indigo is my first job where I actually look forward to coming to work every day. I love being part of a company that is driven to positively impact our environment - that resonates strongly with my personal values. Our people are brilliant and inspire me to be the best coworker I can be. I also appreciate that Indigo truly supports the health of its people - healthy food, gym subsidies, great health insurance, paid parental leave, and a free gym in the building.

      Cons

      Other places say that they are fast-paced... Indigo is legitimately the most fast-paced environment I've ever worked at. I thrive in it, though, and am never bored. There is always an opportunity to learn and I feel like I'm performing at my peak potential.
