      Free catered lunches, great benefits, a collaborative atmosphere, science-oriented, completely transparent

      Cons

      Are there really any? You have to be flexible, and if you are dependent on routine, you may not like working at a startup. Another con may be that we are growing so fast that it can seem crowded or can get loud.

      Pros

      Everyone is excited to be there. It is a great culture and positive work environment. First day they were prepared for me, had my laptop, desk, etc ready to go. They really care what the employees think and interested in any concerns they have. Very transparent with employees.

      Cons

      It is a cultural fit. May not be for everyone but I can't imagine not loving it here.
