Everyone is super friendly and willing to help you get acclimated, I believe this is largely due to the interview process which help them to pick people that exemplify this quality.

Cons

Everyone is immersed in 20 different things that all have a priority and you just have to sort of find your way. It is very fast paced. If you don't come in on your first day with some understanding of what the company does and how your role will impact it, you will be lost. This type of environment is not for everyone
