- Not a lot of procedure just yet , but it seems everyone is working on that!

Pros

Prior to working at Indigo, I came from Academia where professional development for employees, other than professors, was lacking. Since being at Indigo, I have been given the opportunity to learn on various levels, participate in discussions for developing the future, attend conferences, receive appropriate training, and positioned with more opportunities than I ever have. Indigo is a thrilling ride worth taking and I have highly recommended Indigo to my friends! I started in October and have yet to work through a growing season but I am confident that I will still enjoy my job as much next year as I do now.

Cons

Plans change frequently and you must be adaptable to remain engaged and focused. I wouldn't exactly say this is a con but I do not recommend applying at Indigo if you do not like being challenged. Indigo will provide you with the tools you need to succeed!

Great Benefits, Great Pay, Great Atmosphere, Weekly Catered Lunch, Fully Stocked Kitchen with fruit, oats, hummus, carrot sticks and etc !
