You work with very talented people. Coming to work everyday trying to change the world with super talented individuals is very rewarding. The benefits are also great. The problems we get to solve are challenging and the mission is very inspiring. I love coming to work most days. They spend time and effort to grow employees. I have no doubt indigo will do great things!

Cons

- work life balance isn’t really a thing. If you aren’t ready to devote a lot of your time/life to indigo, it’s not for you - what makes indigo great is it’s flat structure and it’s fostering of ideas. But lately there are some egos who are making people miserable. A few bad egos can make an already stressful environment toxic. When did Indigo become about egos? We get it, you went to HBS.
