Pros
Great benefits, good salary, bonus structure, and the time off at the end of the year is an added bonus.
Cons
Wasted investor money all over the place. Multi- million dollar build out then cut over half the staff because of poor business decisions. Many of the workers that were displaced, relocated their families to the area. The majority of those employees were cut less than a year of being employed. The quarterly goals are too aggressive and creates too many constant changes throughout the departments. Twice a year would be more reasonable. As a dedicated employee, I was extremely disappointed to be cut from what I once considered one of the best I ever had. The best comparison would be that the place is like fools gold.
