      Pros

      The culture deeply values autonomy, allowing you to take full ownership of L&D strategies from conception to execution. You have constant access to global best practices, which is an incredible environment for professional growth. Furthermore, the total compensation package (including Base salary and RSU) is highly competitive and aligns well with performance.

      Cons

      The pace of organizational change is extremely fast, requiring a high degree of flexibility and resilience. Due to the time difference with HQ, late-evening meetings are common, making self-management essential to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, managing multiple high-priority projects with lean resources can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      Generally decent people and since the company hasn't known what it's doing for many years, got to work on a wide variety of enablement. Downside of lots of variety is most of that work went in the trash after little to no use.

      Cons

      Impossible to remove some losers. Company is dying or dead, soon to be another Monster due to leadership not leading for way too many years. Lack of OKR accountability, poor to no decision making authority unless you scream the loudest. Japan owned umbrella company squeezing the last bit of yen it can and soul too.
