      Awful experience the last several years

      Pros

      Generally decent people and since the company hasn't known what it's doing for many years, got to work on a wide variety of enablement. Downside of lots of variety is most of that work went in the trash after little to no use.

      Cons

      Impossible to remove some losers. Company is dying or dead, soon to be another Monster due to leadership not leading for way too many years. Lack of OKR accountability, poor to no decision making authority unless you scream the loudest. Japan owned umbrella company squeezing the last bit of yen it can and soul too.

      Pros

      Quarterly bonus. Lunch, snacks, and office supplies provided onsite. Excellent healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely low morale. Frequent layoffs. High leadership turnover. Lack of company direction or sense of mission now. Continuous reduction of employee perks.

      Pros

      Enjoy my management structure, still some very good benefits. Fertility support, food in office still, relaxed office policy.

      Cons

      Layoff culture has permeated and has been every year for the past 4 years now. Also, they backtracked on DEI support publicly - felt a bit premature (even made reference to 'the current administration')
