Pros

- Decent demonstrator vehicle - Refurbished Dealership - Pay can be OK (providing they do not find a way to take it off you)

Cons

- Very long hours, you get frowned upon by your managers for leaving on time. Often stay vehicle for up to 3 hours for various different tasks and promised time back. You never get the time back. - Every sales member is threatened with there job at least once a week for one reason or another. - Expected to work on your day off if they have an event on (even if you have ready worked 10 days in a row). Once again will be threatened with job if you don't turn in. - Commission structure is change almost months, and often during the middle of a month. This could alter your commission pay by thousands of pounds. - backstabbing, to many chief's and not enough Indians. No body wants to help you, everyone jumps on an opportunity to make an example of you. - Computer systems and processed are backwards. I've never known a place to have 3 different systems to do the same job. Processes from the sales department are so long winded - often customers would leave due to the amount of time it would take for them to be presented an off. FINES - they will almost always find a away to take money off your monthly pay. The biggest I have seen is circa £4000 in one month. High staff Turnover, have seen 6 salesman come and go along with 2 senior level manager within 8 months. Not a surprised when people get treat the way they do.
