Pros

A great portfolio of Automotive brands and part of a global organisation. Good OTE pay. Good retail centre level camaraderie.

Cons

Far too much emphasis on salesman. Do not act like the joined up company they are. Top jobs given to best salesman rather than those with management skills.

Ok, but needs improving

Pros

Get a decent demo to drive in. Good team of lads around and have a good laugh. Pay is ok, but seems to vary across different brands.

Cons

Too many steps to follow in the process, if you forget one, you are threatened financially. Managers are usually not management material and no idea on people management and getting the most from people.
