Pros

Great pay. Global company so travel is a great perk. Some fab staff at head office and at offices across the globe. Nice office location in London.

Cons

'Conquer and divide' attitude to HR management. Lots of whispers and bullying at head office. VERY lean and support staff are very overworked. For a FTSE company, there are many teams of 1, where there should be 3 or 4. Emails always checked on holiday, work/life balance is none existent. To get on, have to work late and suck it up
