Cons

Management do not have a can do attitude, problems left for years because managers get away with minimal work. staff appreciation is low. Never seen a worse sales process in my life!

Pros

Really can't think of any good points to working here. It's just a job, I guess you can drive a nice Mercedes as a company car!

Cons

If you're not part of the inner circle of corruption, then you will find yourself bullied and pushed out. If you try to speak up or have your colleagues back you up, they are told what to say to HR so managers can get their own way. I remember being told what to say when I had to give an opinion on someone bein made redundant. They got rid of the more experienced and more useful member of staff by telling us all what to say to HR

Pros

If you enjoy being part of a clique or like leaving work for someone else to do then the Finance Centre in Stockport is definitely for you. You don't need any experience as management will want to shape you through 'micro-management' down to your desk trays and folders, hence most people are school leavers with few qualifications and a high staff turnover.

Cons

The team leader likes to bully somebody into leaving, it simply varies who she picks on for a particular day. No payrises since 2016 isn't great, but the continued increase in workload is unprecedented. Now taking on extra work that should be done inside car dealership service departments. The culture of bullying is by far the worst aspect of life there - many can testify to changing teams in order to distance themselves from at least 3 of the assistant or team leaders.
