The vast majority of the people one works with are fantastic.

Cons

For a company that runs an immense fleet of company cars, they have an absolute inability to get the tax correct. And cost cutting themselves to destruction as well, rather than growing their top line through investment, and, at the moment, not a suitable dealership group for premium manufacturers.
