Pros

Incredibly proffesional staff, above all the older colleagues, good work environment. People do not compete with each other, there is nothing to compete for.

Cons

Working conditions are getting worse. Big differences in sallaries: Decreasing rapidly, to do exactly the same job there are 4 categories, from the temporary staff (some of them for over 15 years!) to the people who started in the 70s (Earn 2,4x than the new staff). Over the last years there is a hight increasing productivity detrimenting quality of service. No promotion, no retention of talent. Over the last years, decreasing of routes to favor BA. The company doesnt spent a cent to give training to ground staff.
