Pros

Employee shuttle service to work (paid by the employee) Private pension scheme Min. 4 star hotels, mostly city center (not allways) Lunch and Dinner included while on duty hours.

Cons

Very low salary. Extremely slow advance in salary levels. Lots of salary levels. Annual leave not included on salary. 700€ to 1000€ is full salary while on annual leave months) Training is not computed as working (salary) hours. 700€ to 1000€ (base salary) is full month salary during type ratings ground class or simulators. Employees Union is thought to be very bad or airline controlled. Extra hour: 1.15€/hour, lowest extra hour payment in Spain.

Pros

Flight tickets (standby) & 2 tickets with seats per year. Not bad salary comparing with PYME or subcontract company. But average salary for a multinational company.

Cons

Awful managment. No experience in other companies. Long hours. The company is against any work-life balance. New slavery form. Disrespectful treatment. No human resources. HR Directors have changed 5 in less than 2 years. No development plan. Awful work environment.
