Pros

Good salary (depens of hours per week) and really friendly people working there.

Cons

Messy schedules, every day changing your schedule, impossibility to conceal private life and work. Managers and supervisors generally just care about results. Sometimes tell off in front of customers when you were doing the job as it supposes has to be (I mean following airport safety rules).

Pros

Multinational company that offered ,good training in the aviation industry. They had a committed workforce in a stable environment. Plenty of opportunities to develop on a profesional level

Cons

It took a long time to get an offer. Took and passed the taining criteria but had to wait over a year for a contract offer. The timetable had to be flexible but I was given shifts at all hours of the day and night and could not plan my family life around it. There was an established hierarchy that was difficult to break through
