Incredible company to work for would strong recommend for anyone looking to get into the industry. Management was effective in implementing its values and objectives.

Cons

Relatively small scale in comparison to other firms. Experience is invaluable though. Opportunities for growth may therefore be limited due to the size of the firm.

Decent pay and people, heath insurance and 401k offered. Layer back atmosphere, not micrmanged. Room for advancement to compliance or advicing.

Cons

Great amount of dowtime, not enough resposibily. Investments out of town a great mojority of the time more difficult to get help when needed.
